International Departures

1.Check-in counter
  • Area E in the departure hall on the second floor of Terminal 2 is for check-in procedures for all international flights.
2.Boarding Pass Issuance and Checked Baggage
  • Please proceed to the corresponding check-in counter with your ticket, valid passport, and other necessary travel documents to check baggage and obtain a boarding pass.
3.Exit Inspection
Quarantine Inspection
  • Whether passengers should fill out a Health Declaration Form on Entry/Exit or not is subject to the requirements of quarantine authorities. It is not required for international departures at present.
Customs
  • Passengers should complete a Baggage Declaration Form for Incoming/Outgoing Passengers if they have any items needing to be declared in accordance with laws and regulations of the PRC Customs.
Immigration
  • Overseas travelers should present a valid passport, visa, Departure Card and boarding pass to exit from China before the expiring day as indicated on the valid visa.
  • Chinese citizens need not to fill out a Departure Card.
4.Security check
  • Both passengers and their carry-on baggage should go through security.
5.Waiting and boarding
  • After the security check, you can wait for your flight near the boarding gate as indicated on your boarding pass.
  • Boarding generally takes place 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Boarding time will be announced over the broadcast system.
  • Please pay close attention to the information about your flight and boarding gate in case of unexpected changes.
  • Please have your boarding pass ready and show it while boarding (passport is also required for certain international flights).
  • The boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to flight departure.
