- 1.Domestic Flight
Carry-on baggage should be no more than 20 x 40 x 55cm each (115 linear cm) with a maximum weight of 5kg total. Cabin baggage racks for testing the size of carry-on baggage are available at check-in counters and security checkpoints. Over-sized baggage must be checked.
First class passengers are allowed two carry-ons. Business and Economy passengers are allowed only one. Extra baggage must be checked.
- 2.International Flight
Carry-on baggage policy may vary with different airlines. Please pay attention to the note on the ticket or contact the airlines prior to your trip for details. Generally only one carry-on is permitted and it should be no more than 20 x 40 x 55cm (115 linear cm) with a maximum weight of 10kg.
- 1.Domestic Flight
The free baggage allowance for First-class passengers (including children) is 40kg; Business, 30kg; and Economy, 20kg. There is no free baggage allowance for infants. Overweight baggage fees will be charged at 1.5% of the full price of adult Economy ticket.
- 2.International Flight
Generally, the free baggage allowance for First-class passengers is 40kg; Business, 30kg; and Economy, 20kg. For passengers to USA or Canada, the free baggage allowance is 2 pieces with each no more than linear (length + width + height) 158cm. The maximum weight for each checked baggage is 32kg for First Class and Business, and 23kg for Economy. Fees for overweight and excess baggage will be charged according to airlines specific policies.
Some airlines have special requirements for the weight and size of checked baggage. Please pay attention to the note on the ticket or contact the airlines prior to your trip for details.
Important documents, securities, currency, drafts, jewelry, precious metals, antiques and artwork, fragile and perishable items, samples, electronic devices, traveler documentations and valuables must not be placed in checked baggage. Batteries should be kept in isolation in carry-on baggage. The airline shall not be liable for any damage of the above items in checked baggage (please contact the airlines for additional information).
- Seafood must be packed in waterproof containers that will not leak.
- Apply to checked pets in advance to make sure the flight can take the pet.
- Animal Health certificate should be presented for all checked pets. Complete the check-in process 2 hours prior to departure.
- The packing of pets shall meet the transportation requirements of the airlines.
- The overweight baggage fee will be charged for pets.
- The airline shall not be liable for any damage or loss of seafood or pets since they are limited liability baggage.
