Domestic Departures

Open check-in service is available for all domestic departures except Spring Airlines flights. Passengers can check in at any counter anytime before the cut-off time for check-in.

1.Check-in and check-in baggage

The Departure Hall is on the second floor of the Terminal Building. Please refer to the Flight Information Screens and the Check-in Guide for the terminal and the counter where you should check in.

Area A in Terminal 1 is for domestic check-in for Shandong Airlines (SC).
Area D in Terminal 2 is for domestic check-in for China Eastern Airlines (MU).
Area B in Terminal 1 is for domestic check-in for other airlines.
For passengers of Spring Airlines (9C), please complete the check-in procedures 90 minutes prior to departure at Counter C04 or Counter C05.
Ticketing is available at the ticket counter in the Departure Hall on the second floor.

2.Boarding Pass Issuance and Checked Baggage

Please proceed to the check-in counter with your ticket and valid ID card to check baggage and obtain a boarding pass (except Spring Airlines).
If you do not have checked baggage, please proceed directly to the CUSS SELF CHECK-Ins to obtain a boarding pass. CUSS SELF CHECK-Ins will be closed 40 minutes prior to departure.

3.Security check

Please go through security as early as possible.

4.Waiting and boarding

Please wait for your flight near the boarding gate as indicated on your boarding pass.
Boarding generally takes place 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Boarding time will be announced over the broadcast system.
Please pay close attention to the information about your flight and boarding gate in case of unexpected changes.
Please have your boarding pass ready and show it while boarding.
The boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to flight departure.
