Special Services for Passengers with Disabilities
- Every day, we accommodate special requests from passengers to make every part of the travel process comfortable. If you need any assistance, please ask our employees at the Information Desk for help, or call the 24-Hour Hotline 0532-96567 to make a reservation or request assistance.
- Wheelchair service
- We provide an in-airport wheelchair service at no charge to passengers with mobility impairments or other disabilities when their applications to airlines are not approved.
- Group service
- This service is intended to assist group passengers with disabilities in moving from the boarding gate to the parking lot.
- Escort service
- The airport offers onboard and disembarkation escort service for passengers with special needs.
